Lil' Bean 

I have always been a baker, but being a Baker was quite accidental. After working in Mental Health for 20 years and being diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder and chronic illness, it was time for a change. Why baking? I've always done it. I like the science and creativity behind it. I like the challenge f coming up with new flavor combinations. I love to use locally sourced ingredients and working with other local businesses (including other bakeries/Bakers). This all started as a small idea and has blossomed into an amazing dream come true. I love being part of people's celebrations, their Holidays, making something from my heart for them to share. My Great Aunt and Great Uncle owned an old-fashioned bakery in which my Grandfather and other Great Uncle worked at. I strive every day to honor them, to honor my heritage and hopefully continue their dream.
